Dr. Mamta Kothiwale holds an MBBS [Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery] degree from India. As a Medical Director at KYM, she is responsible to drive medical content of the App including defining and monitoring key metrics on each medical condition that need to be tracked and get the right messages to patients at the right time, that are medically relevant in a patient friendly language. The KYM app ingests data from a number of external data sources and she implements policies that ensure medical accuracy across heterogeneous sources. She works with the leadership and engineering team to ensure medical relevance as the team delivers on the product roadmap. She is passionate about observing the latest developments in medical research and strives to bring relevant content to educate patients.

Prior to this, she enjoyed working in rural India as a clinical doctor serving patients as a general practitioner. With her personal time, she loves to design clothes for women and has done several courses at the Boston School of Fashion Design and exhibited her work in Boston fashion shows.
